Membrane Installation
Insulation board cut and installed with staggered joints. Membrane installed over insulation per manufacturer specs. All penetrations (pipes, vents, HVAC curbs) receive custom-fabricated flashing. Drains and scuppers cleared and properly connected to the new membrane system.
Completion & Warranty

We install 60-mil and 80-mil TPO, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation.
Roof coatings can extend the life of an existing flat roof by 10-15 years for a fraction of replacement cost.
